For Yukari's part, you shouldn't have really used that part of the song. It's also in Ran's theme. You should have used the very beginning of Necrofantasia. Also, why didn't you use Hiroari shoots a strange Bird ~ Till When? for Youmu?

@Punisher106 For Yukari: The part they (whoever it was on Nico Nico) use is more recognizable.

For Youmu, I would hazard a guess and say that Ancient Temple has rhythms that flow from UN Owen and into Border of Life better.
