It's not the political tone that the networks may have that makes me sick, its the affront to reason and honesty they represent. The other networks may have somewhat liberal overtones at time, but they aren't a propaganda megaphone for the democratic party. Fox is willfully deceptive, and they do our country a disservice by lowering the bar for journalism and increasing the shrill tone of political discourse.

My main point was that, as a Canadian, it's hard for me to believe that the word "liberal" could be used in a pejorative fashion or as an outright insult in the USA. I just hope that someday American politics will become less polarized, that's all.

What I don't understand is why some have so much trouble getting this fact through their thick skulls. It is the job of the reader or veiwer to find news from more than one source and understand the point of veiw that is being displayed then conscously form their own opinions, not repeat some one elses.
