Generally,in most states,you can have flashing lights on your property..whether it's your house or vehicle...you can even run a siren too.

Can you operate said strobing lights over the road? Nope,unless you have permission or you are part of a service (such as volunteer firefighter/EMS)

That's awesome... Way to much overkill but still awesome... I'm looking at getting an ATV and putting lights on also. They come in handy having about 10 miles of the appalachian trail run through our first due, were constantly up there with atvs/utvs helping out the hurt hikers

On what? ur bike or vehicle? On ur bike, depends on where u ride. some parks w/law enforcement forbid it (unless ur commissioned) On ur vehicle...O yeah!!! (atleast the visible strobes)

not sure elsewhere but in florida you are aloud to have them on your pov even if your not in any emergency service but you can not having them going while the vehicle is in motion, you can have them going sitting in a parking lot or at your house or like a car show or something
