What a great song and album!! I just bought this album last week on CD (I still have the LP) and I'd almost forgotten how good it is. This song, New Morning, Time Passes Slowly...one of Dylan's most under rated albums.
Thanks so much Mr. Scummie for sharing this; my favorite Dylan album. By any chance could you post a good audio quality recording of "If Dogs Run Free" which I believe is also on this album?

I can't speak for "bunch" but my two (a son and a daughter) have crystallized for me what it is to be a man and what it is to take the roof and its rafters and laugh at how you have survived all its craziness as you pull out your tool belt and tear down the old and build yourself a new and better roof with new and better rafters.
