I'd have suggested she either kept her hands off the mic if she knew what to do with her hands, or held it with both hands in a more relaxed loving kinda way. Vocally not bad though... I'm used to hearing the 2 words much softer ala Billie Holiday but still she did good.

That was good for an audition. Just keep it simple and add little embellishments. Some extra notes and some vibrato will do if you know how to pick where to add them.

You looked nervous though you did a very good performance. I would say that was an 8/10. I enjoyed it very much.

Well, she's tons better than most of the people who auditon for Idol. I like her voice, but as much as I like this song, too, it doesn't really showcase any skills that the Idol judges really look for. I wish people could have successful auditions with older songs.
