In Portugal, where it is decriminalized but not legalised, the drug can be obtain from your doctor. The traffic is no longer a money maker, drug consumption has plummeted, the mafia, and no-one is going to jail for falling victim to any drug (including hard ones). If only politicians would look at facts...
