  • Thanks for posting this song and Aint Life Amazing. I went and bought this cd last year and I have to say I wished it would have received some airplay especially on some local rock stations (97.7, 107.1). It is a great body of work and another impressive cd to add to Kims legendary collection of work. Cheers!

  • summers in Toronto, nice

  • so ... what do you think, joe ? ...

  • Kim Mitchell is my favorite artist of all time and the most underated guitarist I've ever seen. I've been listening to him for over 30 years and I am from Texas. Hey Kim, you have some die-hard fans down here too.

  • Wow, i wasn't gonna buy the album till i heard this, going to see him in November gonna be so god damn good. Buy this album!

  • Nice work with the video. This song is great, not nearly enough people know about this disc. It has some of Kim's best work, I think.

  • Yeah, this song IS great, Braktooth. Ain't Life Amazing is one of Kim's best solo outings. If it was released in the 80s / early 90s it would have been a big hit. Actually, if Q-10Zeppelin here in Toronto(for which Kim is a DJ) pushed anything other than the same 100 songs, CDs like Ain't Life Aamazing would could still be hits. Embarrassing.

This song means a lot to me as I listened to it a lot right after my fiance broke off our engagement. She loses. I own all the Max and Kim CDs.

  • Good deal. Make sure you keep the music. And you're right, this SHOULD have been a very popular CD.

  • No worries: My Max and Kim CDs are cornerstones of my collection, forever. Guess good music is the ONLY thing that lasts "forever". Last time I saw Kim (at the CNE Bandstand last Summer) it was with her; this Summer, it'll be with my lonesome self. But heck, all I have to do is "listen to (Kim's) guitar" and everything will be OK.

  • Max rocks and I just rediscovered Kim , his website is well done with killer music and video.

  • I bought it off of iTunes after hearing "In The Stars Tonight"

I would have to say that Love Overtime is one of my favorite songs of all time now.

  • 1:19-1:21 is the best part of the song!!!Great video KIM IS AWESOME!

  • this is a great song to listen to when your driving down the highway

  • Good tune. Keep up the good work Kim! I first saw KM when he was with Max Webster opening up for Rush in Cleveland,OH back in '81 I think.... I have all CDs up to "Itch" how many since then?

  • You're missing Kimosabe and Ain't Life Amazing, frnkdracman. Buy 'em, quick. I mean, hey, it's Kim frickin' Mitchell, right?

  • This is an incredible album, Kim is ageless!

  • best power ballad for Kim since Feel it Burn..awesome thanks
