  • where's the bar?

  • Fuck it all that! John Lennon!

  • Nah nah nah nah nah nah nah! Hammer, Hammer, Hammer, Hammer, now!

  • Where's the fucking bar John?

  • Thanks for posting the lyrics. I always used to be slightly baffled by the line about "reusable shoes" - the actual lyrics make far more sense!

  • 4:10 "Se parakalo pu ine to bar ? Σε παρακαλώ που είναι το μπαρ ;" i.e. "Please, where's the bar?"

  • fuck ALL that! (9gaggers'll understand)

  • yes..agree with that....gilmour solo really is coming from heart

  • FUCK ALL THAT

  • how could anyone NOT like this song? those 3 dislikes must have been accidents.

  • Some may disagree but this is truly a Roger Waters solo album that happens to have Gilmour on guitar and some vocals and Mason playing drums on all but Two Suns In The Sunset. Dave's solo torches big time on this song.

  • pink floyd forever......

  • the Greek part is: se parakalo pou ine to bar?? :)

  • I LOOOVVVEE this album.

  • Bingo!

  • no shit the awesome solo and to think we used to hear this in america fuck all that on the radio before Gore OMFG

  • no shit the awesome solo and to think we used to hear this in america fuck all that on theb radio before Gore OMFG

  • The final lyrics in Italian, Greek and French: "Scusi, dov'è il bar? Se parakalo, pou ine to bar? S’il vous plaît, οù est le bar?" It means the same thing in these languages: Please, where is the bar?

  • why the fuck is fucking EMI muyic taking over great music videos?

  • i know these lyrics like there yesterday.

  • there are lyrics missing after "silicon"

  • Where's the f***** bar John??

  • Where's the fucking bar John??

  • While waters us a prolific writer, this album was mostly stuff that could not make it onto the Wall album, and huge ego also got in the way, what a shame that is still to this day.

Still a pink floyd album nonetheless, not that bad considering the state of the bands relationship at that point.

  • Fuck all that 2 people do not know what great music is.

  • i think this is a very underated record!

  • BINGOOO!!

  • just a great song!!

  • malvinas are argentinian!!!!!!!!

  • One two FREE FOUR!!!

  • hammer, hammer, hammer, hammer!

  • scusi dov'è il bar

    (What?)

se para collo pou eine toe bar

s'il vous plait ou est le bar

    (...say it in English!...)

oi, where's the fucking bar John?

  • I'll probably never understand why this album was so unpopular and underrated.

Was it because there was no promotional tour? Or was it because Pink Floyd was more or less falling apart when this album was released? Was the subject matter to difficult for most people? Did they even understand the connections between The Final Cut and The wall?

Like I said I'll never understand it; I think The Final Cut is one of Floyd's finest albums...

  • @Elwood1992 I thought "Dark Side of the Moon" was great until I got this one. I rate it their best

  • @hopethehermit Better than Dark Side? I disagree. And rated best? Personaliy I lean towards Animals, but hey, thats just me. Final Cut IS highly under-rated, I agree. I nearly wore out the vynyl when it first came out.. A great album, but not their best.

  • Oi, where's the fucking bar, John?!

  • @Volendammtje Now you're talking!

  • une tuerie ce son!!!!!

  • The solo at 1:43 is oh-so-hot!

  • I mean the song's Rogers'. Dave sings the rock verses while Roger sings the mild verses and cries the parlato verses.

  • You all must be very young! This is Roger Waters.

  • 1:43

  • A fuckin' rocker, this song! By the way, which one's Pink? :)

  • Thanks you for posting the REAL version some wanker posted the STUFF ALL THAT version..

Doggone Bill O'Reilly messing with us?

  • @malabarspyder Relax spaz, they posted it more for the sake of rarities, even if it's not so rare anymore. No one's plotting against you. Relax dork.

  • @JobberBud Dork? Oh ok Mr 80's.. Get over yourself wanker.

  • This has GOT to be Gilmour's best work, at least with Floyd! The solo is incredible!

  • @add2718 Oh god that made me laugh, the final cut is well....Kinda shitty!

  • @Traydon3211 so is your mama

  • @zatheris Well, I can't argue with that.

  • @add2718

    you mean the solo?

cuz this song was wirtten entirely by waters

  • @k0stil I'm sure he meant the playing. But on a related note, it just wouldn't be like Roger Waters to claim a sole songwriting credit even if he didn't write it by himself...(that made me laugh).

  • @add2718 Great solo. Can't agree with the best of Gilmour remark though. He's had so many brilliant solos in Floyd that ,while this is up there, he's had better. Comfortably Numb is flawless and I could go on and on listing solos that I think are better but, I think it's enough to say that David has contributed a large catelog of incredibly magical moments to the history of recorded music.

  • @add2718 hi. gilmour does three other solo's on that album, which are rather short, but just as great.

  • @add2718 you also got to here the sax solo in "the gunners dream" off the same album. always nice to find another fan of gilmour. thanks

  • I have loved this song since the day it came out.

  • Yeah, the last album for Pink's classic line-up did not go gently into that good night, that's for sure. Great song, excellent visuals. Loved the photo of Waters spray painting on what must've been the Berlin Wall, back when it was still standing.

  • It's the wall in Palestine that the zionists built, which Roger is quite againts....obviously.
