  • tengo que aprender en dos dias PRO-ENGINEER , PARA UN EXAMEN DE DISEÑO

  • Thanks for the nice video, but what is this gay song ?

  • where can i download it.... plz hhelp

  • hey to create rims better is pro engineer mastercam solidworks or maybe some other? i want to be rims and car parts designer in future :)

  • I am trying to learn 3D engine with Pro/Engineer WF2. I need help.

  • i have wildfire 5.0 and it use to work on my pc really fast but then i upgraded to windows ultimate and now its really slow when i highlight a part it slowly starts to un-highlight it then after about 30 sec of waiting everything goes back to being fast until i highlight another part

  • wats with the gay music? srry its all i clould think about cause it distracted me from the video....

  • could u tell me what is different bet. this and solid work

  • I DID THIS AT SPACE CAMP! lol we printed these out, and it comes out as a real model! out of plastic! i made a banana

  • I was looking to this & i was like wtf is he doing .... i dont understand shit from this but it looks cool

  • It is easier to model in SolidWorks.

  • This vs inventor vs solid works?

  • Nice...

  • it is a great software , i am sure we make a unbeliable thing by this software. PALWINDER SINGH, H#172, Sector 41 A, CHANDIGARH ( INDIA)

  • As faeces that the plane is the cylindrical end help I am Chilean (minut 1:16)

  • I myself did this piece in Pro-Engineer too using WildFire 5.0. I can whip up the assembly and post it if you still want to see it.

  • Hi there,

I'm a CATIA modeller but I would be very interested to migrate my skills to Pro/ENGINEER should the need arise. On the face of things, this package seems similar in terms of solid modelling but just how similar other features, including assembly design and surface modelling?

  • nice video. You could also sketch your counter bore and revolve it around a centerline under the hole feature instead of having to make 2 cuts for it. Might save ya some time, but theres always more than one way to skin a cat. Always enjoyed using this program.

  • Looks fun. I'm in a class right now that uses this program. Can't wait to starting using it.

  • thats a great vid to help learning ~

but I just want to know whats the music call ?

  • you good man!!! this is great, and you did it so fast!! congratulations!

  • Mitico!!!

  • what is that ??

  • wow! my hero!

  • excellent work !! bravo!!

  • THANK YOU...usefulL !!!! CIAO dall'italia

  • I designed a giant cock with Pro-E.

  • LOL

what else did you do to it

  • I got suspended from school for that D:

  • @IronJustice08

pls do post it some tyme

  • @IronJustice08 how did you model all the feathers?

  • You dont need to move the axis as such , simply create a new datum on the axis that cuts through the cylinder centre & offset that datum by the radius of the cylinder's outer diameter.

  • dudee one question.. what do you do to move the axis after the cylinder is done?

  • I was interviewed at PTC Company for Pro engineering development group. I pass interview but after it choose work at other company. I'm feeling really bad about it now ;-( , it look so interesting to develop such products like this

  • This program looks interesting. I dont know if it is efficient in terms of Character modeling (in which case Lightwave 3D, maja or 3ds Max is recommended) but this program looks more precise, simple, but not that it's easy.

  • Pro/Engineer is a mechanical engineering software, not an animation package like Cinema4D, Lightwave, Maya, or 3DS Max. It is completely useless for character creation/animation. If you want character creation, look at Poser, Zbrush and the like.

  • A program such as 3ds Max is much better for character modeling, as it will render so beautifully and allow for better surface definition and such. Pro-E is more of a straight up Engineering purpose, and allows for mechanical interpretation such as stress/strain analysis and so fourth.

  • wow da hat wol wer ne Schnupperlehre absolviert, ich weiss ja nicht ob du deutsch sprichst, aber das Teil ist echt erbärmlich sorry.

  • riiiiiiight... thanks?

  • Holy crap! I need that.

  • is it possible to do that in prodesktop?

  • Not sure, I have never used prodesktop, but if it is anything like a standard CAD package, then I'm sure it is. This was an extremely simple part to model.

  • Can you create realistic metal surfaces in Pro-eng like you can with Solidworks?

  • Sure, though what I have seen come out of Solidworks has out-performed anything I have seen from Pro-E in the visual department.

  • nice pro/engineering video. but i still say that solidworks if better

  • Great work! When is the full assembly coming?

  • Haha, good question. I posted this two years ago and then kinda forgot about it. Now about to graduate, I have long deleted these files. Sorry!

  • its very easy

  • You are right, it is a very simple part to model!

  • That's fairly easy to make

  • what song is this?

  • "Still Fighting It" by Ben Folds Five

  • can you guys put a video thats easier to follow. This is like too fast.....

  • sorry, i was still new to pro e back then and it took me a while to create that, so i sped it up double time so as to not COMPLETELY bore everyone...

  • nice butterfly valve, isent it suposed to have a big valve in the middle of it, but wutever, im going to make a b-fly valve now. good job on urs--- First post WOOT!!!
