  • How long do you do the breathing. I learned from another therapy that It should be ten minutes. How does it work for you?

  • @ykkwx99 It varies but I find that 30 to 60 minutes can create a strong emotional "cleansing" feeling.

    I've been just recently getting interested in breathwork, and having some insight into your personal, non-professional, non-expert experience is really useful! I just tried a session myself, and I'm inspired to make a testimonial video myself.
