  • I wish this would happen to the rich white folk up north..they see u in a nice car with nice things and they point theire devilish fingers at your home and say "lets raid it,and that one, and that."We need rights that protect us and our families from these idiotic hunch raids..bet something would be doe about this by now if it happened up north and they terrorized 6 family homes in the catalinas.this happens all over az very often..RIP and God Bless u and your family Jose

  • Dupniks gutless lying punks. There needs to be some payback for this Marine. An eye for an eye.

  • None of those pigs deserves to live. They went there to kill him.

  • Didn't SWAT murder a citizen in his home for pointing a "golf club" @ them? Revenge!

  • THERES A PETETIN TO THE UN TO END THE WAR ON DRUGS, HATE TO POST IN CAPS BUT PLEASE SIGN at avaaz dot org

  • condolences to the man who has been killed. i wish the best for his family. and i wish the best for the officers who had to make the split second decision to take his life when theirs was threatened. its a tragedy none the less.

  • FUCK THE POLICE

  • Welcome to a land that's worse than Nazi Germany. I think it's time we all work a little harder to 'end the drug war'. Told you so!

  • This SWAT team is a bunch of dirt bags no better then crack a addicts.

  • @mechanicalbu11 Crack addicts have better ethics than this.

  • @endthedrugwar You do have a point there.

  • Have you seen the video of this event happening from the street?

  • Former US Marine here, A MILITARY FIRING SQUAD FOR THE SWAT TEAM MEMBERS THAT DID THIS! A LIFE-TIME OF GETTING ASS-RAPED IN PRISON FOR THE CRAVEN FUCKS THAT ORDERED THE HIT!

  • I Hate America so fucking much, but how can i leave, just go to the Airport buy a ticket ,and get on a plane . Hell NO TSA scrip search, than find out i'm on a NO fly list because i owe child support. We are trapped here . This is how i know i'm going to die protecting my family, from these militarized urban police.

  • NAZI AMERICA. THIS MAN SERVED HIS COUNTRY, IS THIS AMERICA HE FOUGHT FOR?????? WHEN IS ENOUGH, ENOUGH?????? NAZI AMERICA WAKE UP PEOPLE.

  • QUESTION to the public and all l Americans????

Do Pima SWAT officers have military style first aid training and do SWAT teams have unarmed, trained paramedics or EMTs

    Does anyone know?

    TTRT

  • @policeabusearey Former U.S. Army Medic here, from the clip that was released all the S.W.A.T. members who raided the house had IFAK's, Improved First Aid Kits the standard for deployed soldiers on their equipment. My logical conclusion is that if they have the IFAK's i'm sure they have knowledge of basic first aid i.e. bleeding control, simple airway control etc.

  • 71 rounds. Damn isn't that too damn many to kill a person? Even though that marines pulled an ar-15 at them. But this shit is abusive. 70 fucking 1

  • ar 15 is civi variaent dumbfucker to the guy in the vid

  • FUCKING SWAT SHIT MOTHER FUCKERS. I AM Tired of shit like this.

SHOT FIRST.ASK QUESTION LATER. IS VERY SUSPICIUS HIS DEAD.MAYBE HE KNEW SOMETHING AND HE WAS GOING TO REPORT IT SOMEWHERE?

    JUST WONDERING.

  • Why where the swat in such a hurry to kill this guy. Not one swat even went around back in case he ran out the back? If they were to surround the house then they'd have all day to flush him out, with no one hurt. They seemed so clumsy and not knowing what they were doing.

  • Welcome to Patriotic America. Land of the FREE!!

    free slave labor

    free abusive government

    free taxation

  • Sorry wont Cut it this time!

Everyone in this nation should be outraged at this event. What im understanding (I could be wrong) but this swat team got the wrong house and the wrong man. in a raid gone wrong. The team was looking for a marijuana ring and gave no warning before entering Gerena’s house. This is becoming more and more prominent with Law Enforcement"Why" because we have become accustomed by a long Train of Abuses and Usurpations, which are Design to reduce us to absolute tyranny.

  • A man has the right to protect his home and family, period. The police killed this Marine for reason at all! Even if the guy was involved with drugs that is no reason to act the way they did. Hell, if the police want to do something about drugs in this country they should start by closing and securing the boarder to mexico, not murdering a Marine in his own home. Welcome to the police state! INFOWARS.COM!

  • It better never come to light that after the murder, that the members of this SWAT Team, Judge who Signed the warrant all get high on the same drugs they were looking for. The drug raid would take on a whole new meeting. Like a beer run. I don't think a trained marine would take a crouching firing stance with the safety on. Sounds like a cock in bull story to me.

  • OK, Why didn't the SWAT team pick him up at work? There would be no incident there. Just have his manager call him into the office for a 'raise', then have the SWAT there telling him they need to search his home, show him the warrant and then escort him home so that he couldn't make a phone call to tip off the disposal of drugs (as they allege this was about). Then drive him home for the search. Simple, Effective, No one gets hurt? FREAKING MORONS SWAT!

  • @KarasCyborg

The FBI knew David Koresh took a jog unarmed around his compound daily, which, they could have nonviolently apprehended him and served a warrant. Instead, they chose to bum rush the compound in Waco, TX after a very very long seige with everyone still inside. No, there's ALOT more to it than meets a logical person's eye, like ours...... Daily Bell. com

  • @swizzlecheeks When ever I see police arresting someone for minor offenses, it seems like they get out of hand. The officers want to 'beat' people into submission. That's all it is. Take them in the back room and provoke and an irritate the incarcerated enough to humiliate them just to provoke them into an escalated situation. Then the reprisal does not fit the crime. Smashings someones head into a gaurd rail, or into a block wall, the hitting them with batons until they are bloody.

  • @KarasCyborg because a search warrant cant target a person, it targets a thing or location to be searched. you obviously know nothing about search warrants, or even legal proceedures when it somes to things like this.

  • @TheGixxxer750 I think most people know what a search warrant is. You have to have probable cause, and it better be not based on gut feeling or some lame duck informant hear-say. If the COPS go off shaky gut feeling, then it should be their arses in the sling if it's wrong. Know what I think, I think your either a COP, or a payrolTROLL. Your lack of respect for others and your reasoning are both contemptible. You exhibit the same type of Huber that got this man killed in his own home.

  • @KarasCyborg a judge wont sign a search warrant if its based on a 'gut feeling'. i agree 100 percent that police who lie to put people in jail or go off of gut feelings, or even wrecklessly endanger lives without reason shouldnt be police, but thats not the case here. the situation here is that swat served a search warrant, encountered an armed man who pointed a weapon at them, and did exactly as they were trained. sounds like you have a vendetta against law enforcement

  • @TheGixxxer750 As a taxpayer funding police activities, I oppose any misuse and stupidy of my tax dollars. I do not want to see the police using gestapo tactics endangering the innocent. If they are ready to take a whole family/neighborhoods life on a hunch, they sure as hell better find a shred of evidence of something big like endangering the whole city. These guys sucked so bad, all they could find was LEGAL defense weapons and other LAWFUL private property. PATHETIC & SHAMEFUL.

  • The fact is as alleged by the mainstream media that the armed man had his safety on.

Excessive deadly force is not justified unless fired upon. Cops lie, I have evidence of such pertaining to the P.C.S.D. members. and they do coverup

Was the warrant obtained with any misrepresentation? all the facts are not in.

But of course the Sheriffs swat attitude would be, "How dare you defend your self"

Neighbors seem to have alleged that the Swat did not identify themselves.

    She sheriffs story stinks.

  • @policeabusearey

NAZI AMERICA. THIS IS WHAT THE NAZI'S DID TO INNOCENT PEOPLE IN THE 40'S. AMERICA RESPONDED BY FIGHTING A WAR TO STOP THIS. WE ARE NOW THE VICTIMS OF THESE SAME TACTICS. HE SERVED HIS COUNTRY ONLY TO COME HOME TO BE EXECUTED. WE HAVE TO WAKE UP AND STAND AGAINST THIS. THIS IS CRIMINAL. N A Z I A M E R I C A. WE ARE NOT FREE OR SAFE.

  • @policeabusearey so let me get this strait.....your saying that police have to wait to get shot before the are justified in using deadly force......thats some of the dumbest sh*t i have ever heard.

  • second, had he not grabbed an assault rifle and pointed it at a swat team, he may not be dead not.

i guarantee there will be no murder charges, because the police were doing their jobs.

they were serving a valid search warrant giving them the authority to be at the house, and they clearly used the appropriate force necessary given the situation.

the only thing i question is why it took so lond for medical help to get there.

  • @TheGixxxer750 So your ok with random "searches without warrants" in america I take it? Shit like this does not happen in Canada. A guy gets kicked in the face in BC and the entire country knows about it for weeks

  • @levi2202 no illigal "random" searches are against the law. if this was a product of illegal actions, then who ever was responsible should and would be fired charged, and sued. however, they were serving a legal search warrant signed by a judge/magistrate, and while doing so they encountered a subject who pointed a weapon at them so they did exactly as they were trained.

  • @TheGixxxer750 'illegal "random' searches' ARE agains the law** but this was not an illegal search. they had a search warrant.

  • @TheGixxxer750 As a veteran myself this sickens me.Not because he was a veteran but because he was an american with the right to keep and bear arms. This is not going unoticed within the military and veterans orgs. expect a response.

  • @apakalypse76 yes he was an american and he does have the right to keep and bear arms but he should not have pointed the rifle at the swat team and he would not have been killed. as a vet if you have seen combat and have been in a position to kill or be killed, i think you should be able to grasp the simple concept of killing a person who points a rifle at you.

  • @TheGixxxer750 This is nothing more than further evidence of a police state gone wild.To even try and explain or offer excuses for this type of tyranical behavior is lunacy. They are as guilty of murder as anyone else who has done these types of crimes and should be punished severely. The guy was not convicted of anything, the essense of law is guilty unti proven innocent! How low has american fallen.

  • Comment removed

  • @apakalypse76 i guess you think you are the judge jury and execution huh? i get it that you cant understand how a good human being could possible take a life so he must be a criminal. thats where you are wrong. i strongly suggest you look up Lt. Col. dave grossman's sheepdog mentality, and you would better understand what it takes to be a true warrior. but being a police officer is something you dont understand and may never understand. you are simply a sheep

  • @TheGixxxer750 I strongly sugest you close your mouth with all that brain diarhea spewing out son, heres a lil clue for ya 19 delta always lead the way, your so damn indoctrinated its ridiculous. And a true warrior follows the motto one shot one kill, not even gonna talk about these dipshits lack of fire dscipline something any trained real warrior knows about.best thing you can do is be quiet BOY.

  • First and foremost this is a tragedy none the less, and I wish the best for the family of the Marine who was killed. however, alot of people are not going to like what i am going to say.

based on this, the officers were justified. no matter if you are a military man or not, you point a gun at a police officer, especially a swat team, do you expect them to start negotiating with you?

1st off, they had a search warrant, so regardless of whether they found anything or not is irrelevant.

  • @TheGixxxer750 irrelevant?

  • @TheGixxxer750 Looks like the cops have lawyered up now. They may be expecting the shit to come down on them hard.

  • @conspiracydog11 It's my wish that the personal damages paid to the family are so high for also endangering public safety, wrongful use of power, wrongful search order, lying, threats and intimidation (pointing guns in window) thus escalating the situation and all the other punitive damages that it forces the county to cancel the SWAT team operations because the malpractice insurance would be too high. Then start to personally sue each person involved in this cluster mess. Take their wealth.

  • @KarasCyborg I personally hope the lady never has to work another day in her life and her baby gets to go to university and play Lacrosse.

  • @conspiracydog11 when cops shoot someone, its standard proceedure to get a lawyer, because they get investigated for murder everytime they fire there weapons, even if it is justifiable. there is so much misinformation in this one sided story its sad. i cant believe how many people eat this crap up. a word to the wide, dont believe everything the news portrays people.

  • @TheGixxxer750 They are not investigated for murder. I think there is an inquiry to see if the shooting was justifiable or not. If it happens in Las Vegas the odds ratio is in the house's favor.

I feel its almost like fox's investigating another fox for eating a chicken.

  • @conspiracydog11 yes they are investigated as if they have committed a murder, until the prosecutor clears them of any criminal wrongdoing, and then look into whether or not they have violated any department policy.

i can see how it seems to be an unfair process of investigating deadly force, but believe me, there are several checks and balances in the process. if there is anything fishy, the state police and FBI will take over the investigation, the FBI has shut down entire police dept's

  • @TheGixxxer750 I think this info is correct. "Of about 200 Clark County coroner's inquests in officer-involved killings since 1976 only one has resulted in a finding of criminal negligence."

Move on citizen, nothing fishy about any of this.

  • @TheGixxxer750 There were soo many other ways to handle this if they had an ounce of brains. They chose the highest risk to loss of life, their own and his and his family. They choose to terrorize and provoke over peaceful resolution. Looks like someone just wanted this guy dead. I won't speculate further. I hope you don't drink alchohol, because if you do at one time you could have found yourself on the other side of the law with Prohibition. would you be squeeling the same way?

  • @KarasCyborg they were serving a high risk search warrant. rifles in the house = high risk search warrant. i got a question for you since the officers dont have an ounce of brains, what are the standard operating proceedures for a high risk search warrant? how do you write a search warrant and execute one? what constitutes a high risk search warrant? dont worry ill wait while you search on google to try to find the answers

  • @TheGixxxer750 Women and Children in the house should be an extreme risk search warrant and the SWAT should have had more regaurd for their safety, and everyone else in the neighborhood. If it was extreme risk, more care should have been taken to not compromise the principles of Public Safety over Officer Safety. If you and your minion management has lost site of this, you're FIRED. Nailing someone for an alleged crime does not outweight EVER murdering them and risking even 1 innocent life.

  • @KarasCyborg first of all they didnt 'nail' anyone over an alleged crime. they shot him because he pointed a rifle at them. secondly, no one else was injured in this encounter so they did not endanger anyone else, their rounds went where they wanted them to go, they were not shooting wildly like thugs. sounds like you are making it out that the officers are guilty of murder yet you dont have all the facts. as uch as i know you hate it, its a justified deadly force situation.

  • @TheGixxxer750 Your not facing the facts. That's a mark of a psychopath. They provoked the violence. The man was asleep, his frantic woke him and said there were men with guns. He was reacting to the situation. Yet he kept his trigger finger secure, remembered the rules of engagement. Unlike the murderers. There were bullet holes coming out of the back of the house at head level. Not all shots hit the target, more than a few missed and spewed into the neighborhood.

  • @KarasCyborg trust me i am facing the facts. have you ever been in a life or death situation? under that type of stress, did you know you lose 70% of you vision(tunnel vision) and do you know how fast someone can click the safety off of an ar-15 and pull the trigger? less then a fraction of a second. this is a tough situation none the less but the officers did what they had to do. they had to react to a life or death situation with a man pointing a rifle at them.

  • @TheGixxxer750 Bad policy put those officers there and they took the kings shilling. They had body armor. Numbers. Surprise.Backup. Training. Law. Yet who opened up with automatic weapons? Yep. It was the highly trained team. Only the lead SWAT guy saw the gun, panicked, and fired. Then the rest joined in indiscriminately, that last guy reminded me of a cross dressing liberian rebel the way he held his piece and fired inside. Where's the lead guy video? Destroyed by police?

  • @TheGixxxer750 No, you are wrong, this is all on the police and it is there fault, they did not acknowledge who they were, what would you do in the marines posistion? "oh my god people with assault rifles i need to hide and let my kids get shot" fucking pussy how dare you try and pin this on a real american and let the swat be guilt free

  • @DaegonBand no its not people with assault rifles, its the police you clown. the police would not have shot him if he didnt point his rifle at them. plain and simple. its a tragedy because he is DEAD now because he pointed his rifle at police for whatever reason. you dumbass you dont think they feel guilty enough after having to take a life. your an idiot.

  • @DaegonBand I know former navy SEALs and Marine Scout snipers who have left the military and decided to become SWAT operators. does that make them not real Americans? you ever wondered how many police officers have military experience? i bet that never crossed you brains huh.

  • As for the kind, patriotic neighborhood policeman of the 50s and 60s,.....a thing of the past, now these new POLICE are GOONS! And i thought mexican police were the corrupt ones! =P

  • Hunt the SWAT team down and let them die by about 100 rounds, each...

  • Pima County Sheriff needs to be up on murder charges.

  • Welcome to fascist America.

  • DOCTORS TELL THE FAMILY..HE WAS SHOT 60 TIMES AND TELL THE PARAMEDICS NOT TO TREAT HIM BECAUSE HE WAS STILL A THREAT

  • @RONALD511 still a threat in court that is...

  • So now I would assume somewhere, somehow, they now need to make it clear that the 4th Amendment is null and void in America....wait they just did that in Indiana didn't they.

There you go, problem solved by a corrupt state Supreme Court. Next.

  • it is all BS, they could have detained any one of the people from the neighborhood they were suspecting as they left to get groceries or go to work etc etc etc... this is a show of force period, with no excuses and no appologies

  • This is what Domestic Terrorism looks like. You people better wake the fuck up, the Police are NOT your friends!

  • They say they are fighting a war on drugs, so what ever happens is excused off when they either break down the wrong doors or kill someone not involved. This allows them to get away with murder, any damages ect. as so they won't get sued! They are just as responcible as the one's they pretend to arrest I mean shoot! Start holding them to the law & they will take a little more care when doing their duties.

  • @1stAmendmentChannel Lots of countries have been empowering police and military by using excuses like this, sometimes it's drugs, sometimes it's guns, sometimes it's "pedophiles" (super successful in Britain, it's easy to get people to support the fascism if you make them think children are at risk, but it's a total farce that has allowed the UK to censor and ban all sorts of things as well as make what should be illegal arrests).

When the cops tell you it's for your own good, they're LYING.

  • I also find it ridiculous that many of the founding fathers grew marijuana as a cash crop for both recreational use and for using hemp as a building material for various things, but now in modern America you get 70+ rounds fired at you because you "MIGHT" have had some drugs in your house and you decided to grab a gun because the police barge in and fail to announce that they're actually cops.

I don't mean to go all "legalize it" or anything, I don't even use drugs, but this is insane.

  • @metalfaust19 Yeah, well the oil from these plants have been proven to cure a ton of diseases, can't have that now can we.

  • @metalfaust19

Its beyond dumb. We have so many more pressing matters. 800,000 children go missing a year. Hundreds of thousands of adults and police solve about 50% of the homocides out there. So we have hundreds of thousands of homocides that don't get solved. Yet our brain dead leaders send swat teams to some guys house because he might have weed. They send DEA agents into a state where the people decided 20 years ago that Marijuana is a valid for medicinal purposes.

  • Well, we can thank Reagan for kicking off shit like this with the "war on drugs", it's created generations of police who are so heavy handed over drug searches, they go in and shoot at the slightest movement by the suspect and every president SINCE Reagan has not done a thing to curb this ridiculous waste of tax money and overzealous police violence. This former Marine sounds like he had no idea these were cops, they probably failed to announce their warrant (as usual). Oh no, he had some weed!

  • @metalfaust19 Yep, I have seen videos about cops killing kids who where sleeping on the couch who poked their heads up when the door was blasted in. Should the kids have been expected to 'kept their heads down' if the cop said do that. How do the kids know they are really cops? This is Nazi/Gestapo tactics pompous rouge hit squad. It must be stopped dead in it's tracks or you have betrayed your fellow countryman.

  • Seventy rounds in a residential area. This kind of violence against families is worse than gang behaviour.

  • Government LIES ! Government is going after Veterans first! This video is all the proof you need to see!

  • @PaulTM2991 Thanks for the comment. I have all the Police State documentary videos, I suggest every one else look them up on You Tube and watch them.

    Nuff Said,

    Peace.
