4:36 it would look like you're spamming the disc to the ignorant folk, but looks to me like you're defending yourself against multiple enemies in a cramped space.

8:23 THAT is how you mix melee with range. Offensive melee coupled with defensive range when you become vulnerable after a melee kill.

This video was mainly made to show off the 27 killstreak, because frankly i thought it was ridiculous and i should have been able to blow myself up and nuke the entire map.

I pulled a similar killstreak off as Marines. My favorite class, actually. I'd like to learn how to play predator better and finally figure out the controls, but all the toolbags pick Predator and never share it. I suck horribly with it now, and I'm still have problems figuring out how to switch weapons and such. That IMO needs a little.. clarification. Either way, I'd say you did real well. Personally (from a hardcore marine player) I find Predators balanced. Very fun to play against.

I am still waiting to try the demo out but I think while there is apways a need for balance, each race has strengths and weaknesses and you have exploit what you are strong at but also be aware of where you are weak.

The guy in the vid makes great use of his vision modes and mines / disc. If a marines spots him he either shoots and takes cover or shoots and scoots to another location.

Aliens getting stealth kills is what you should be doing!
