Keep in mind, comparing the entirety of the PC gaming community to the community on a console really isn't fair. While each console only has one official community to it, the PC gaming community is made up of a vast number of uniqueservices. Just to name a few by memory, PCs have Steam, Impulse, Direct2Drive, and Desura. To me, judging all of these as the same thing just isn't fair.

Also they don't forebid 'lick me' but they do forbid naughty words as names or in descriptions but in game of mature games you are allowed to speak 'naughty words' same as PC.

While I admit that I made an error saying that all consoles have monthly fees, your own statements of how much they cost is in error as well, because, once again. Australia. You can't say that PC has many communities as it's unfair to compare to consoles but so do consoles. Not only the various website, franchises, and subsection (dustloop for example) but they have the 3 major communities of the 3 consoles.
