HAHAHA I have lived the majority my life in Montpelier and never seen this guy. He must have come after I left. We of course can't forget Birdman and the dude that wears a purple dress and tries to direct traffic, or Eric (Raincheck) who has many deep and interesting conversations...with himself. Damn, miss Montpelier. Here in AZ crazy people dont entertain you, no, they just try to kill you
