I dont know about all the stereo shit but these guys were just GREAT. I remember getting thier albums in like `63 and `64 and of course as they came out later on. Thier music changed with the times but always remained great. Thank you for the videos!

guess whose doing the remastering? Ted Jensen Is he does the best job i think see if your listening to this on a pc speakers its not gonna get 100% of the full stereomaybe 95% but if you have a high end audiophile stereo system you can hear the change

I listened to it with Sony Dynamic Stereo headphones. I'm not sure how much more of an audiophile I can be for that. It's just how this was mastered. It's not true stereo, though it does use both the left and right channels, only not to their full potential.

I dunno, I've already gotten some of the albums and they sound pretty good to me. I was planning on getting the Capitol sets eventually (when I can afford them, that is), but a downside of getting them is the lack of all the albums post-Rubber Soul (US version), as well as different mastering and the tracks not being in the original intended order. The plus side to them? "Meet the Beatles" is definitely one. Nostalgia for American fans, and general interest or collecting as well.

@TackyRackyComixNEO The weird stereo panning is like that on the original stereo vinyl releases. In the early to mid sixties, mono was the standard and stereo was new tech. The didn't really know how to mix mono. In a documetary you can hear Paul talking about it, he was like "we were at a party and I was telling my mate, listen to this drum part it's really clever or whatever, and it was actually on the other speaker, so we had to start it over and walk to the other speaker"
