I noticed it seems to morph and turn into smoke as it disappears. I have seen footage from reliable sources that shows these same smoke formations that sometimes form into strange shapes with little 'balloon' type balls moving around it it. This looks to be authentic footage...but I could be wrong.

When the person is hiding and filming behind a screen... I am positive this is not a fake or CGI. Look at the foreground which isn`t in focus would be totally altered or non-present with the CGI rendering and the object would show that its a definite rendering.

I have to say...I think this is real. It does move robotically while scavenging the ship, but it appears to have some kind of gravity capacitor on the top. It could be using the earth's gravitational pull to balance itself, thus, looking a little wonky. You'll also notice TWO objects in the first shot. The small one disappears just before the shot changes. Weird stuff. If it's fake it's not your "typical" fake.
