@Testes0618 She put it on a pencil and taped it to a table. Pinning it - with a safety pin - to a pillow or your jeans works well as long as you can hold it tightly without it moving around.

@Testes0618 Sorry I'm not her but I do bracelets and just ordinary embrodiary floss is what you should use, she uses large yarn in the video so you can easily see what she is doing. Floss is very cheap, my craft store sells them for about $0.40 a skein.

@KATIEizCOOL I would say each string has to be 60-70inches (about 6ft) before you start knotting. When I was making mine i ran out of string twice when i cut each string only 30inches.

@Julie111Black the first time I tried it out was 22inch which worked well for doing only 2 knots however if you are unsure and want to experiment with doing more then two knots then try 24inches/26 and you can cut off the ends
