@SuperShadowbuster Sure is. It's about a man who works for the Miami Metro Police Dept as a Blood Splatter Analyst by day. But by night, he's a Vigilante Serial Killer who goes after criminals who got away with murder.
Check it out. It's really good!

Oh yeah. Scar is one of the best. Gaara is fantastic as well. I loved watching his turnaround from villain to hero.
