Sounds great, can i ask, how did you get that background behind your icons on your iphone. is it an app or is it new with the 3gs?

Picked up one of these at Wal-Mart for $20. It does what it says, and for $20 a damn good job at it as well. I use it to dock my iphone at the house and when someone calls I can hear my phone ring as if it was a land line. If I didn't have a Chumby for an alarm clock, this would work great. It's simple, and designed well. For only $20 you can't afford not to buy one!

Nice! I do the same thing with my iPhone, just dock it in my room so even if I'm downstairs watching a movie, cooking, or whatever I can still hear it ring :)

You are right. Your package is slightly different. You read the list of contents. Mine lists "Dock well spacer" and yours does not. There are other videos on YouTube that show the spacer.

you stick in the charger cable in from the top, the usb side goes in first

...also, I think you are missing a part. Mine came with a spacer to elevate the connector for my charge cable. I can plug in and remove my phone more easily than with Apple's dock. If you didn't get that part, you should exchange the dock for another like it.

is yours new? a lot of times companies may add or remove features for certain products depending on the feedback they receive. you aircurve might be newer than mine and have some extra stuff

They can't produce adapters for iPod Touch. There is only one model with a speaker, and it's completely in the wrong place.

no speakers...its all plastic and it has a channel cut into it that amplifies the music by 10 decibels

I think it would work with the iPod touch 2g since it has external speakers but the thing is, it doesn't come with the silicone insert for it so it probably won't be able to stay up straight in the dock. It might stay in if u use it with a case since it adds a little bulk
