Dont force the voice- especially on those high notes - you wont do it any good at your age - and will ruin it for later on. Just let it develop naturally and work on your tecnique. It's got a way to go yet - as your maturing so it is too - and its not really suited to 'hard rock chick vocals' - well not yet anyway (you can hear it tiring). Give it time - and space. (and yourself too). And be gentle with it untill it matures
