i thought it a probability as dc motors especially series wound have high torque at low revs...more suitable for fairgrounds..and 110v is the max for exterior equipment ..thanks for the confirmation..most helpful!

it will be a 110v DC dynamo on the front of the showmans traction engine. hope this helps
