i have the 160 tarpon. bought it used. the rudder pedals are a little stiff?? anyone else have that problem?

Just got the 2011 in red just like this one and took it out yesterday for the first time. It kept up with my Dad's 160 just fine and got back in the skinny water way easier as well.
