I never said police haven't used provocateurs before.

But if you want to have anything intelligent to say about the increasingly common black bloc actions all over the western world, you'll need some sophistication to determine what you're looking at.

I know for a fact that there were plenty of genuine militants in Toronto that day, so use of provocateurs seems pointless. Montebello on the other hand, WAS the cops getting "lost in the role".
