  • spikin your blood sugar level wont exacly make you fat, if you take a sugary substance like dextrose after your work out it will stop your body from producin any more cortisol.. and cortisol makes you fat so .

  • @Keeperz1 Blood sugar spikes are counter balanced with insulin spikes. Insulin is the most anabolic substance in the body, and is in discriminant. You spike your insulin level just before and just after a heavy lifting workout and you'll be doin great. If you do it when you aren't terribly active you'll just gain body fat. So....
