Get to the level of nonstop 10km swim through rough shoppy seas and some fairly firm 3 minutes breath holddowns under 12 to 15m depth+excellent surfing technque and then you can charge anything you want, but when in comes to super shallow/dry reef circumstances thing gets far more complicated... Those into the deal gonna definitely get my point...

maybe for a local or a true proffesional but it looks wicked hard to surf. ok lets say hypothetcaly that its easier to ride than a NY prostitute . below that lovely wave there is razor sharp reef. so even if it is easier than the average wave add in the fear factor of coming off such an enormous wave and if you fuck up just a little your going down hard... i think that makes it very dificult.
