What a disappointment does anyone who works for the energy saving trust have any imagination or creativity whatsoever. Apparently we're supposed to turn electrical equipment off, was it really worth the energy used to make that advert?

The government's energy saving grants are a load of crap just like every other scheme they've dreamed up. Basically, you can only claim if you're retired or if you're a lazy benefit-scrounging job-dodger. Thanks for nothing, New Labour.

cutting down energy use is a negative way to solve climate change. We need to get on with research into new means of nuclear and solar power. then we can use as much electricity as we want.
