in Japan they call it Super Mario USA but Super Mario Bros 2 was released also in Europe and Australia,

people think that the real Super Mario Bros 2 was too hard for Americans but how about Europeans and Australians, is not like the real Super Mario Bros 2 was released in those regions

@beastlycharizard13 i don't know, but there is no big difference between the US and Australia except the rating system, i think also for Europe is a same only they use PEGI, Super Mario Bros 2 was released only in Japan, not in US, not in Europe not in Australia

@patryk1023PL Super Mario Bros was released in Europe on May 15, 1987, but I hope we don't have to wait until May 15, 2012 to get the "Super Mario Collection Special Pack".

@Izaach I think that's a separate league, like Mario Kart, Mario Strikers, SSB and the other games that feature Mario. Although, he saves Peach in those ones, too, right? Haven't played any of them.

@Piigbigwig I'm still having it, and it works on my wife's NES. 1, 2 and 3, all of them work, but you have to put a folded piece of paper on a side of the cartridge... my wife knows how to make it work.

@Poever My understanding is that they're planning on waiting until next March, when it will be the 25th anniversary of the game reaching North America. (It came out in the US in March, 1986)

@thanatos8618 Super Mario Rpg isnt a "Main Series" Mario game its a spinoff along with Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros., Paper Mario, Mario Party etc.
