(the quest is in a place called tepennytower) if you need moar info on this qhouls mask

just look it up! :L btw the ghouls mask protects you from feral ghouls

@megaaceful Actually, you don't have to blow Megaton up to get to it. Just find Ternpenny Tower and get inside-- you'll need at least 100 caps to do it. Then you take the quest from Chief Gustavo to kill Roy Phillips and his ghouls... but you have to side with Roy afterwards.
