I agree MVP 2005 is still my favorite baseball game of all time, but if 2K really cared this game could be so much better. All they have to do is combine the graphics, player models, stadiums, and camera angle of the BIGS with the gameplay of MLB 2K10 while improving gameplay and cutting out on exploits and glitches and they could challenge the Show which is still not as good as MVP 05.

@icool789 Pitching is very easy to get used to. Takes good timing to get perfect pitches, but it's easier with some pitchers than it is others. Throwing to the bases is also very easy to get used to as the A B X Y button location represents the same base on the diamond. ie. A = Home, B = First, etc.

Okay, the show is the best baseball out there but... this year's MLB2k game is still a great game. I just finished up my season and winning the world series on The Show, and collecting over half the trophies on it so, I'm going to work on this game more now. It's a lot simpler but that's not so bad. You don't have to use the sticks, you can bat with the traditional style. I miss the EPSN baseball games.

Hitting, Pitching motions in this game are crap. It is unrealistic, and the sounds, graphics, batting stances, ffielding is just bad. The only improvement they made, is the Stadium sounds, and crowds. MLB 10 The Show FTW

One of the most irritating things about this game is the fielding or lackthereof. Even routine plays are made w/ some ridiculous acrobatic move. Far, far too many errors are made on the simplest of plays. Outfielders just drop fly balls. First baseman drop throws from infielders. Yet, every outfielder makes the most spectacular catches (at least 4 or 5 times a game). If I wanted to play game w/ serious concerns about the ability of the players, I'd play a game based on Little League.

Quite possibly the WORST baseball game I've played since Colecovision. Just finished playing a game, where the last 5 outs I made were all phenomenal over-the-head-back-to-the-plat­e catches by the centerfielder. One of the catches was that Jim Edmonds Superman dive heading into the fence. What a joke. The controls are the worst. Impossible to run the bases correctly, and fielding is a hot mess.

Yea i finally got my 360 back and the hitting is the exact opposite of last year, the angle to hit from is horrible and it is really tough to time the pitches, its gonna take some practice. I like the fact with the pitching you can tell it what pitch you want to throw rather than it doing it screwing it up if you have a gesture a tiny bit off
