Also for ordering the Bombing Of Pan Am 103 killing 270 Americans over Lockibie, and the French Airliner killing 237..

If Rebels had a popular revolution they won't need bombs & support of NATO to open way 4 them to enter a city.Gaddafi has the support of least 85% of the Libyan population 2000 tribal heads have pledged their loyalty to Muammar & the legitimate gov.of Libya.
