Healthcare can work, because the money is already there...Take a look at yoru history and any budget of any year esp post WW2. Millions spent on making a Biro space 60 times more on the plan to launch a cruise liner into space via a bombs, a pace station that burnt up several biillion b4 a thing was put into space and is now in the hand of the european do it all for a fraction of that inital R and D which has proven to be a little use.
