I used to live in St. Charles, and I don't remember them testing the sirens for that long of a time period. Used to only be for about 2 minutes or so.
What's amazing about the T-Bolt heard in the distance is that the nearest one was located at Jungermann and Willott Roads, probably 4-5 miles away in St. Peters! I doubt it was the one over on Kimberly Drive by the water tower. It's amazing how well sound travels. Too bad this T-128 didn't activate.
St. Louis should have gotten t-121s and t-128s instead of cheap sirens
