I like this video, thank you for posting it. Could a tracheotomy be used in order to save a choking person's life? As an ultimate last resort? Or is there another procedure used after the Hemilich and all other resorts have failed? Thank you!

@BurritoBombsOfDeath, the abdominal pelvic thrust (Hemilich) has been exhausted when the person becomes unconscious, usually from respiratory failure. At this point you would do CPR in the hopes that it would have dislodged the blockage. On average every minute spent on resuscitation lowers survival by 10%

Please, tell me, why do you sew down tracheostomy tube to the skin? sometimes in the trachea may arise the dried mucus that can block the trachea below the tracheostomy tube. For the complete removal of the tube it needs to remove stitches and during the asphyxia the time may be not enough
