@MrJoshuaSalway1990 Back in the 90's when NeoGeo/Takara were hot in arcades, they made at least an OVA off their fighting games. Fatal Fury was awesome due to Masami Obari. Samshow/Samspirits is also nice. Sadly AoF despite its cliche premise was crap. Unrelated but it also followed similar craptitude was the Virtua Fighter anime.

I believe it's one of those promotional video game-based animes that are like "Wanna see more action? You're gonna have to play the game."

This anime television special is just an advertisement. In the Japanese Art of Fighting 2 commercial showing bikers surrounding Robert and Yuri, Ryo has black hair, while Robert is wearing the same clothes as his anime counterpart wears.

@RFyle119 On top of this, in the Japanese dialogue she's called sixteen in this line. That's why it was there: "but she's only 16!" It was changed in the dub (and subtitles, if I recall) for obvious reasons. The computer readout just complicates matters further.
