I told you, you've inspired me to get back on track with my weight loss (& I've got my parents doing it too) I've lost about 10 lbs, but I still can't exercise because of my damned foot, so I've been doing crunches & stretching exercises (which are really helpful, by the way) I'm only doing 50 regular crunches & 50
obliques on each side right now, baby steps right?
