  • If you want to use less, what I do is use about 120 or so (a typical batch makes 30) and put an upside-down flower pot or bucket as a base, then build around it.

  • Just to avoid any confusion, she means "Creme patissiere" (or Crème Pâtissière even), not "creme patisserie"...
