@zachlee94 I don't know the full story because I wasn't a part of it but I do know that there were numerous efforts before it even became a big problem to get Ponderosa to pay them.

@zachlee94 you Obviously never read what really happened. and nice reverse psychology. What were they supposed to do. go drag them out? Like that would have been allowed in Shawano. please. if SIST sneezes wrong in Shawano everyone jumps on them. And why is it ok then for Ponderosa employees to go and haul everything out? That stuff wasn't their personal belongings. Since when do you work for a restaurant and own the dishes, the ovens and sinks, the chairs and booths. Seriously...

@2Be4Peace Or so you say! And my family has owned rentals for as long as i remember... If you get behind on rent, you EVICT them not drag them out... Try and be civil about it... Wouldn't that work. Show me the lease and where it said the equipment was not theirs. SIST has nothing to do with it. Stupid landlords do!
