i have a toyota engine elise and the engine is extremly reliable, the petrol cap isnt though lol, had to get a new one of them. Sound systems are ok, but gets drowned out a bit by the engine noise behind you, but they are certainly good enough. Cool car, like the black and gold! Think i want a black one now :)

The black and gold look good on a Lotus, but Id prefer traditional BRG with yellow accents for my Exige. I drove an Elise and it needs Sparco 2000 seats and Schroth belts if you plan to exploit its potential.

Your Lotus is nice but it shouldnt have any radio blue lights in dials. I prefer the Lotus Exige Cup 260. Wich only has what a car should have a steering wheel and a shift nob. Chapman: "Less is more"

they are unreal on gas. i used to have a 1.4l golf and the lotus drinks way less petrol than it!! its very good on gas

yea i drive mine every day. i hvae NO problem using this car as my every day car simply because i love driving it!!! no other car drives like an elise. However, if you are doing serious milage in it i.e. 2 hours + a day id say it woud do your head in..... or if you have a girlfriend who likes her comforts and complains a lot....

Just the Type 72 spec. Comes with the gold wheels, interior, air cond and hardtop as standard. Only made in 2002 tho.
