I have never tried it myself but there is a video editor(video maker?) built in with Windows XP/Vista. a friend of mine made his own video using his own drawings in Paint!and then had music in the background as well.If you dont have it you could probably download it free from download.microsoft.if using Linux then I know they have free video editing software!google it...
