I remember this song. This was the song where Rose, the Countess of Rothes, Ruth, and Lady Duff Gorden were having cookies and afternoon tea in the first class lounge in "Titanic." This was also where Rose saw the little girl a couple of talbes over being so proper.
@mislynda1 About 1:15 into the film, while Rose discusses fashion over tea. She glances at a debutante and realizes she would rather be with Jack. The following scene shows her returning: "Hello, Jack. I changed my mind."
@mislynda1 This piece was used briefly in a scene in which Roes is having tea with her mother, the dutchess and a third lady, exactly when Rose stares at a little girl seating with her mother at another table.
Why all rights to I Salonisti? This is not them but a group called the palm court orchestra, it was released on cd called Nights of Gladness i think, gorgeus piece but only fair to give the right people credit.
@Historicaladdicted Those who like to listen to this music like me and youself can oppriciate it unlike all of the kids in my school back when I was in high school all they would listen to is rap I brought some of this music in to Gym class and every one except me and maybe one gym teacher and my friends thought it was complete crap I find this awsome and it was ironic that we were listening to this music thee day w eplayed a game envalving the Titanic ???

This was written by the same guy who composed Songe d'Autumne!

I don't think we've decayed that badly. Keep in mind decay was very much alive in 1912. It wasn't all ragtime and riches.

@Historicaladdicted Ha, that's somewhat ironic, considering what this piece is about!
