  • because yoga is stretching and breathing. he needs to do more than just yoga to keep in shape. try running or cycling. cardio is the most important exercise to keep your heart and body in good condition. even with tons of muscles, if you dont incorporate the cardio part of working out your muscles will do nothing but weigh you down because they require oxygen too.

  • his RHR is in the 140's for a yoga instructor? holy crap.

  • Woah, I just came from watching Steven Benjamin on the chair keep his bpm under 100 the entire time, and now this guy starts out in the 130's... Quite a transition...

  • What would be cool is if they didnt tell them when the heart stoppers were coming, they just appeard at random times.

    They do. How it works is that the host would warn them of a heartstopper with the lights but what the heartstopper was would be unknown

  • I'm just glad those bees in the 2nd heartstopper were contained..the worst thing would be for him to be stung by the bees!

  • exactly, only problem with the chair was those corny heartstoppers, just do me one favor Micheal and never post any episodes of the chamber that was bad.
