Hi dose the g-8 have the voice function like the v synth and v synth gt?

as in u can talk/sing in the microphone whilst pressing your keys and it will play it on those notes with an option of what type ov singing youd like2b making?i.e.lady choir,boy choir,and so forth.

kind regards.i ask as i cannot find this function in any demo's i have watched.

i mean like i know u can record from a plugged in mic,so can u then use what uv recorded on the keys,like play a song with it like the old voice pre-set?

i know u can do touch ups,but didnt find a demo that showed it being played on the board after saving the recording.

@gydur1 i edited the choir patch by changing the 4 sounds that made that choir patch up and added a load of reverb if that makes sense

I am not a fan of trance/dance music or beats but love the sound of this Roland g8 - truly awesome synth...pity it wasn't a classical piece. Can't win 'em all!

My tip: when you stop something like a melody or a string, also include a note on the first beat on the following bar.. (Like 0:56, you leave it hanging in the air.. it would sound better if it ended on it´s tonic note g)

I make my beats from scratch aswell daedus08 i think you get a better feel when you make your own drum beats.

Thanks for comment daedus08 that techocaft sound is easy to do mate press patch then scroll down to pulsating then scroll down to storm gate now hold down a single note down on the keyboard thats how i did it enjoy :)
