No attempt made to give measures of the ground almonds, and no prior mention of the lemon zest. Also its very clear that the pastry base has shrunk below the top of the cake tin. In short very sloppy and amateurish.

@asahafuji Watch again, both the almonds and the lemon zest are mentioned. Pastry does shrink when cooked!
