I guess UBI has went Anti-Ps3 with the Splinter Cell series... Did anyone else notice Splinter Cell:C is on every other known system other then ps3... Even Mac which many devs dont make games on. I mean is pretty much bullshit. I know M$ paid for this shit. Ubi's only excuse for no ps3 release was a" Business Decision" And thats total BS. Any Business is it out to make money and having it on the ps3 would have granted them sales from the ps3 owners...
Lol PC a Pc you an upgrade buy i new one, but with ps3 and 360 standart ever made systems the game developers have to reason with them,if there would be no consols games now would be like upcoming SKYRIM and better in the graphics, engine and gameplay.
I'm not saying that this game isn't good, but it's just not splinter cell. Splinter Cell was about being Stealthy, whereas this just looks like a modern take on Assassins Creed. I can't see how they can label this as a Splinter Cell game.
@L1SE19 Yeah, but if you know the story you know that Sam isn't gonna hide anymore, he don't work for third echelon anymore he just want to revenge his daughters death. He even said in a trailer "Who said anything about hiding?". So it is logical that there aren't anymore any "don't kill anyone" missions.
@mannam26 Ok what if there was a twist in sonic where he morphed into a human and decided to live a leisurely life of cooking food and going to a 9-5 job? It wouldn't be what Sonic was about. The same goes for this. Splinter Cell was about Stealth and trying to get past undetected, whereas this is just do whatever you want if you get detected just kill everyone and continue.

the game was really fun while it lasted, but once you beat the game and repeat some stuff a few times it gets boring and you never wanna play it again.

Besides, the Playstation 3 is the vastly superior console, with it's processors being the same as would be found in the world's most powerful supercomputer. I just bought Splinter Cell conviction through steam, my friend and I tried hosting private coop matches but whenever we tried to join each other's game we got the error message "Unable to join the match. The connection is not responding.". Any advice anyone?

@12234d Double Agent is way better then conviction. This used to be a stealth game where you had to hide and collect intel. Now its about killing people from shadows. Killing lots and lots of people. @SReturns Soon those games won't be possible on the PS3 either, Microsoft has made over 20 Billion dollars on the xbox 360 since its initial release in 2005. Sony lost 2.7 billion dollars from its launch date until 2009 when the economy finally started picking up. Since then the company has only made 7 billion profit on the ps3.
I'm not into this console war thing, but Microsoft has definitely destroyed Sony financially on its PlayStation series.

@12234d Double Agent is way better then conviction. This used to be a stealth game where you had to hide and collect intel. Now its about killing people from shadows. Killing lots and lots of people. And the whole "target 4 people at once" thing is so cheap. Plus, just because some administrators at third echelon are evil doesn't mean your character needs to kill every guard everytime.

Sony lost 2.7 billion dollars from its launch date until 2009 when the economy finally started picking up. Since then the company has only made 7 billion profit on the ps3.
I'm not into this console war thing, but Microsoft has definitely destroyed Sony financially on its PlayStation series.
