If you want a supra under 10k you will be searching for a mk3 but for 15k you can find a high mile na supra.

@helokat I know this is OLD and you've probably already got something, but honestly...the cheapest Supra MKIV I have been able to find that was even close to being drivable was $25,000. The 1989-92 MKIII Supra's with the 7M-GTE motor are under $10K. Also, there are quite a few more of those floating around. But insurance is a bitch. I'm 21 and was looking at an 04 STI, and I couldn't get it because the insurance was too much. And I've got a clean record. No accidents or tickets of any kind.
