Does putting frosting on a muffin make it a cupcake??

Well first what are the differences between a cupcake and a muffin. well thats pretty simple. A muffin is a sweet bread and a cupcake is a mini cake. thats it really.

Cupcakes and muffins are different and no amount of icing is going to change that.

UMMM..... this is hard ummm.... well now i really want a muffin...XD anyway i think it doesn't make it a cupcake still a muffin just with frostiong on top :)
