I loved guild wars, however my biggest complaint wasnt seeing people in the open world. Want to love the game but the fact that there is 50 people on plant and yet i cant see but like 5. It feels to much like single player. I really hope they get rid of instances i doubt it though. gw2 looks like the game for me and hoping for the best. It seems that in the new gw2 you can see others even though there isnt open world pvp. AWESOME review funny as shit!!! hope you still upload makes my day!!!!

Love the review lol. So damn accurate. I had high hopes for this game, but when I saw how static and lifeless the worlds were, when I saw how I couldn't find groups to save my life and how horrid the end game was, I admit that I cried a little bit.

Still waiting for a developer to make that revolutionary mmorpg. GW2 seems to be on the right track

It really saddens me that this is true, I kinda knew it's going to be shit (well, can't really think of any movie -> game port that has properly worked, ever, maybe batman on snes?) but I hoped it would be even half decent, bought the game, did not even consider paying for another month, also PvP was laggy as fuck, and it's only what, 16 players or so ?

I agree with most. SWTOR was an interesting experiment.

Can you combine the interesting story of a SP game like Kotor into an MMO setting?

The answer apparently is no. The story ends up being stretched too thin, and you have to do all the grindy bits to get to the story. Same goes for companion stories, which is just dumbed down and pointless.

And the horde of mindless drones defending the game is just amusing.

"THIS IS HOW MMO's IS. WE WANT WOW WITH BLASTERS"

@Trancecend So much truth. The stories are basic with no storyline variations, and to continue said storylines you have to put up with the grindy fetch quests that plague the game. This game has proven that an RPG and WOW do not go together AT ALL.
