I noticed that when I saw this movie. I was like "Snape is...hot?!?" Next thing you know I've seen half of Alan's movies and now I have a crush on a man old enough to be by grandpa..
i must say the edited version of the ending of the HP series.......on how it should have ended was my FAV!!!!! snape lives, kills voldy HAHAHAHAHA i just love it!
I think his scenes are purposely cut because he *is* such a strong presence that it would be easy for him to dominate the films...this has been Alan's fate most of his career...he is just such a brilliant actor that lesser so-called actors are just eaten up and spit out by Mr. Rickman...With Alan u r assured of a great bit of storytelling by at least one character!

Right, so someone please explain to me why they felt the need to have the Death Eaters go and set the Weasleys' house on fire? That was not in the book (in fact, if I remember correctly, the Burrow was considered a safe-house) and it really added NOTHING to the movie except an extra scene.

He's so unfairly less time on the screen ,but he owns every second. I don't know about u guys but I turn abs intense on my seat as he's on the screen and I just glare at him and try not to let pass by any of his movements. He's superb..lovley vid!
@MegaMoongirl that's an important lesson, isn't it? I mean, no matter how much or less scenes mr. Rickman has, he has given to his character a special enery, a strength, a way of living, much more interesting than Radcliff. Also, Snape is more complete character than Harry Potter: Snape is an spy, his life is continuously in danger, but he is loyal to Dumbledore although knowing that; he's tortured by the past, but is strong enough to carry on... and Potter is just the boy who survived

Snape looks QUITE different from the first movies. His hair, his face, his look. Well I suppose the idea is to make him more human so to say, perhaps even more masculine just to prepare us for the last two parts... He is not just a strict teacher any more...
I've been telling my friends this movie is "Snapealicious!" But I've noticed something about Severus' eyes: they seem different, somehow. Some scenes there's obviously more dark makeup around his eyes, other scenes his eyes are rather washed out-looking. I've been trying to figure out what it is.

@MegaMoongirl that's an important lesson, isn't it? I mean, no matter how much or less scenes mr. Rickman has, he has given to his character a special enery, a strength, a way of living, much more interesting than Radcliff. Also, Snape is more complete character than Harry Potter: Snape is an spy, his life is continuously in danger, but he is loyal to Dumbledore although knowing that; he's tortured by the past, but is strong enough to carry on... and Potter is just the boy who survived

Snape looks QUITE different from the first movies. His hair, his face, his look. Well I suppose the idea is to make him more human so to say, perhaps even more masculine just to prepare us for the last two parts... He is not just a strict teacher any more...

I've been telling my friends this movie is "Snapealicious!" But I've noticed something about Severus' eyes: they seem different, somehow. Some scenes there's obviously more dark makeup around his eyes, other scenes his eyes are rather washed out-looking. I've been trying to figure out what it is.
