Is this based on the Kit Mystery book? Or did they just take a bunch of random elements from the books and throw them together to make a movie b/c I seriously don't remember a magician or a dance instructor ever being boarders at Kit's house. And where's Mr. Bass and Uncle Hendrick?? They can't have taken out Uncle Hendrick, I thought he was funny...in an annoying way :p
