Absolutely. He says it in his lower sexy/snarly "acting" speaking voice - but it definitely is "thanks for the whip" according to somneone who was there (the heroic thrower of the whip, riley 1877!). He also, when he picks it up and first notices what it is, makes an "O" face and says "OOOH" softly. I am so LOVING IT! Eowyn (Blue Feather Boa - just upstaged and conceeding the spotlight!)
